I’m not going to lie. This was a hard review to write. Every time I composed a partial review for Linda in my head, I thought about 3 more outstanding things she did to help us in our collection of real estate transactions.
To keep this review from becoming a book, I will try to focus on the highlights. APPROACH, KNOWELDGE, and COMUNICATION.
In a nutshell, for APPROACH, Linda practices the Platinum Rule, "Do unto others as they would want to be done to them.” She would not make any recommendation to you that did not have your best interests at heart. She would absolutely, 100% prefer to NOT make a sale, if it was not in your best interest, to buy or sell a certain property. Linda is a consummate professional in a sea of well, NOT so very consummate professionals.
Then, there is Linda’s ‘Tribal’ KNOWLEDGE. She knows her areas of expertise for her chosen profession, from builders, developers, neighborhoods, even HOA’s in some cases and a whole host of people are in her network, from Lawyers to Mortgage Lenders, Home Inspectors, Photographers, other Realtors, and Handymen!
As for COMMUNICATION, Linda is very thorough and professional. There are 100’s of things to do in buying and selling a home, with each step so important along the way. She does not miss a step and she does not let you miss one either. She guides you every step of the way, avoiding pitfalls, problems and ‘gotchas’.
We count our blessings that we were introduced to Linda. This was not our first rodeo buying a house and we are not the easiest people to work with as we have high standards of sales excellence and high expectations of customer service. We had 3 transactions with Linda in the last 12 months, Buying a Home, Selling a Home, and Buying an Investment Property. I can easily say, this is the first realtor we would use again, and without hesitation.
And I have just one more thing to say, WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!!!
Warmest Regards, Donna and Tom
